“The program that Master KJ runs is amazing. I have watched my 4yo grow emotionally and physically the last few months and it has been so great. It has helped him pay more attention in preschool, we had behavioral problems which have been very improved, and also build his confidence in so many ways! The “older kids” (junior instructors) always treat him with respect and are always there to help and instruct as they have been taught and worked towards. Honestly I cannot recommend this program enough. Master KJ is tough and honest and definitely teaches a difficult sport while keeping it fun and focused“

My teen daughter joined the adult class as a beginner, and though most students in that class were already far ahead in their practice, they greeted her warmly and have always been kind and helpful. Master Song, Master Luciano, and the other instructors and class veterans are friendly and encouraging while also pushing students to grow in their abilities and fitness. It is a great environment for people of any age. I would highly recommend.“
