We have just completed a sizable renovation at our home in Madison ,CT and used Floor & Decor for both materials and design services. Overall the experience was very good and the team was helpful in sorting out a few order issues and processing refunds accordingly. Particularly, I worked closely with Patty in design services and am grateful for the collaboration. Coming into the project, I had a good sense for the aesthetic we wanted, but no real experience with renovations. Anna team member 2023 was incredible ! Personable, hard working, searched for our tile went to the back found it loaded it and helped us every step of the way! Great Service and kind!!!!!!
