Michelle, best message, listed to what I told her and did an axial massage and muscle. My back is so much better. Thank you Michelle. And I am a chirtand acupuncture and know alot about massage.
I love massages and was so happy to receive a gift certificate for one from my boss. I had a good experience from start to finish. Samantha, the receptionist, helped me to schedule the right kind of appointment for my needs. On the day of the appointment, the people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. My massage therapist Rachael was terrific. She was very attentive and caring to all that I needed during my time there.
Update***the owner of this location gave me a courtesy message, and I will say Rachel, the therapist, gets all the stars. I left here feeling amazing. I still think Elements should rethink their policy about the 10-minute consultation being deducted from your massage time. Also, every therapist should be great. None the less ask for Rachel!
June 2024: My therapist was ok. I received this session as a gift. I think they are overpriced. It was over $150 for 90 minutes. You get there, and they tell you the massage is actually 80 minutes because they use 5 minutes for consultation, and idk what the last 5 minutes are for.
