It's been a while since I posted a review, but here's an updated one! I'm still overall pleased with Cleopatra's (long time customer since 2003), and there have been some changes. First, I got married in 2016, & had my nails done for my wedding which turned out beautifully! During the pandemic they were closed until June 2020, and upon reopening, they had plexiglass barriers at both manicure and pedicure stations, and other protocols in place such as mandatory masking up and taking temperature of clients upon arrival for appointments. Their nails might be average, but the facial SPA is superior. Where else in Fairfield county can you get a facial and full body massage for a little over $100? Not even massage envy nearby. I go there weekly or at least bi-weekly. Deep tissue facial massage is what my aesthetician in NYC recommended after Thermage therapy. But with this I don't need Thermage anymore. Sarah is super good, the message is very relaxing and she gave you different treatment depending what you need or your skin condition that week. Great, affordable place for a professional, no frills manicure. Excellent color selection, the salon is clean, and the technician was polite and efficient. Very spacious as well, which is nice for Covid safety.
