As I was cleaning the house, I noticed some mold on the ceiling. I went up to the attic to check for leaks and above where I saw the mold I heard some buzzing and came across a huge amount of very active insects in the insulation which shook me up quite a bit. I backed off, grabbed my phone, and found ApolloX online. The woman who answered the phone walked me through some questions and calmed me down. Within 10 minutes, I talked with Brian, a local from the area, and discussed what it could be. James arrived within 30 minutes, also a local from the area, and concluded they were wasps. I have exclusively used Brian and his team at ApolloX for the twenty plus years I have lived in the area, for all my pest control needs. The quality of his service, the responsiveness of his company, the fairness of the costs, and the overall experience with everything ApolloX is second to none. They are everything you'd want, and nothing you wouldn't. They actually care and they show it every time you interact with them. They are super people and Brian is an exceptional guy. Ten stars if I could.
James from the ApolloX team did a thorough, detailed and comprehensive job treating Yellowjackets in my attic recently. Arrived same day for treatment (on a weekend) and was very professional and knowledgeable about the problem. Would highly recommend the ApolloX team!
