I had a laptop that had a broken power port. I disassembled the unit myself but I was unable to do the fine soldering required to remove the old part and put the new one back on. I called around to multiple computer repair places in the Newtown area, and no one seemed to be confident enough to do the computer board soldering. Isabel was able to do this and now I have a working laptop again.

Had a brief power outage a few months ago and could not bring up my Dell All-in-One. Went through Dell support trouble-shooting over the phone for an hour and at the end they wished me good luck. Found Isabel online and figured nothing to lose. A few hours after dropping computer with her she called to say she could recover everything and I could pick up next day. Wish I had found Isabel when my first Dell All-in-One blew up a few years ago in a similar 5 minute power outage. Thanks Isabel!
