Tiger is the best inspection company out there in my opinion. I use them personally and have been in real estate for over 35 years and know plenty of other companies that I could call. Joe III, the President, and Bill Rourke did our inspection and were both so thorough and helpful!

5 star. Bill and Keith did an outstanding job in evaluating a church on which we placed a deposit. Built in 1926 it has a long history and a lot of wear. The 67 page report was filled with meticulous detail, photos, facts and recommendations. An excellent base upon which we can now bring in contractors, get estimates and project a budget. Thank you!
