Inspections of old houses give you a snapshot of what the home’s life has been like and what is needed to sustain that life. The good, the bad and the ugly. Brett was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection of my new home which helped me to make an informed decision on what my future finances would look like with this home . Brett answered all my questions and even the ones my realtor had based on her experience.
