The work I had done by Cool Breeze went right. My 1977 house with electric baseboard heat needed an upgrade! Cool Breeze came on time, spec'ed out a whole-house mini-split ac/heat system. They sent me a detailed written quote a day later. I checked into things and the price was very fair. I agreed to the job. They coordinated w/ my electrician, showed up two weeks later, stayed with me for three days til finished. They were masked and careful re Covid, and left the place clean like theyd never been there, except for my new system! After 6 weeks of zero-hassle excellent heat, I thought i should write. All the appointments I have had at the Essex office we great, never any waiting. Everyone is always happy and polite. Dr. Lorenze was great, I had rotator cuff surgery and my recovery was fast and pain free.
I was in town for a wedding, and got a haircut, blowout, and styling. Curls never stay in my hair but Cherise got them to last through the night and even a few days after. Great experience! I recommend bringing cash to pay.
We switched to Riverline Pools several years ago, and are very happy we did. Since then, they've done all our openings and closings, replaced our old single-speed pump with a more efficient variable-speed pump, and taken care of a few other service calls along the way. I've always found them to be quick to respond, easy to deal with, and the quality of their work is excellent. Their prices are also the best I've found anywhere in our area. This is not a big fancy company with high overhead and a huge staff -- just a dependable small business you can count on.

Had some water leaking from our mini split and called Benedetto heating. Have not been a customer. First heatwave of the summer and they still managed to fit me in within 24 hours. Came out, took care of the problem. Very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend
I am so happy with the care and love that my dog receives at Pieper. Everyone is warm, kind, and understands what our pets meant to us.
