Great experience today in the Enfield store. Theadora was super sweet and very helpful. I haven't worn much makeup since the covid lock down and explained to her that I had a formal event coming . Long story short, she asked questions to better understand my style, the event and the look I was going for. I left there with the products I needed, and never felt pressured to buy anything more.

I enjoyed shopping here and found exactly what I was looking for. They list onwme star only because it was hard for me to find the counter where they had someone assist you in finding something and then showing you how to apply it.

Lyana was extremely helpful even when essentially dealing with a handful of things at once. She provided excellent customer service, took the time to answer my questions and then some. If you need help I highly recommend you see her. I hope Ulta realizes the star they have there. Thanks for the help Lyana!
