My lawn mower recently stopped working and my lawn was very long after all the rain we’ve had. I called Tweedlie Landscaping and Brad returned my call quickly. Brad not only showed up the same day to give me a quote, but also provided services the very next day. I called several others who have yet to return my call. Desperate for my lawn to be mowed late in the season, was unable to manage myself due to sudden illness in the home. I must have called 9 local businesses; one of which scheduled a consult 3 days out and never showed (even said “God Bless You” when scheduling) I waited all day and called without response (was completely ghosted), another carried on how it was late in the season and that I would need to be charged 50% of the premium (whatever that is) + the cost of the mow and carried on the inconvenience of adding me in (the illness was an inconvenience, also) and all others never returned my call, except for Brad from Tweedlie. He apologized for the delay in returning my call and said he would be out Monday ❤️. As luck would have it, health was restored in our home and we were able to mow before Monday. May not have had the opportunity to mow my lawn, but would call again and recommend to anyone I know. Thanks for the humanity when I needed it the most!
