Laura & Karen along with dr. Guimond were very accommodating to my needs being in a wheelchair. The exam was fairly quick & insightful finding out that there was an offering of computer glasses! I then was directed to the cost effective section of frames since my insurance would not cover the cost as of yet. I picked out a couple of frames & was told a week or so for them to be ready. They were ready quicker than I thought & was able to pick them up & they're great! I was so surprised how much of a difference the computer ones make! I'll definitely be going back in the future!
I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism exhibited by The Eyeglass Place throughout the entire process. Karen and Laura provided excellent assistance during the eye exam and in selecting the perfect glasses tailored to meet my specific requirements. I highly recommend their services.
In my 25 years of wearing glasses, and bouncing around at places from Vernon to Manchester to West Hartford, this was the BEST experience yet at an eyeglass shop. Everyone was Super friendly. The doc gave a Very clear explanation of present eye health.I was offered lens options I never knew existed. And they worked with my daughter to help me pick out frames. THX for your patience!!Absolutly my new home for eye care.
