Phenomenal Phil worked wonders on our floor, which hadn’t been touched for nearly 30 years! It was covered with deep scratches and graying spots that were very dried out. I was hoping for any improvement and would have been satisfied, but WOW… they look brand new. I could not recommend anyone else. He was reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We are so excited to have beautiful floors before the holidays ?

Phil from Mr. Sandless did a phenomenal job. The floors in our new home were pretty beat up and Phil brought new life to them and was able to cover up the pet odor from the previous owner. We were not able to go the traditional route of sanding because the floors have neen sanded too many times so this was a great way to avoid having to replace them. We can now get years of additional enjoyment from our floors and time to save up before we have to completely replace the floors. Phil was reasonably priced, extremely prompt, professional, and on time! I will be using him again in the future and highly recommend him!
