My first visit was today! I was so very impressed with Marta’s pure Pilates technique. Marta is very knowledgeable in this fabulous art of stretching and core dynamics. I love Marta’s teaching instruction. She has a special gift for bringing a change in my body through her encouragement and vitality! Marta is a true professional !

My hubby purchased a package of sessions with Marta as a Christmas present. I didn't know much about Pilates but had practiced yoga, enjoyed working out and wanted something new for myself. My son was just a few years old and picking up a growing toddler was increasing challenging.The beautiful location lead to studio inside which was peaceful and welcoming. There were pieces of equipment I had never seen in a gym before and I was intimidated. Over time I learned and as we worked through each exercise, Marta was assuring and supportive. Pure Pilates has been a revelation to me. A beautiful studio in a private setting that feels instantly therapeutic when you step inside.I went to Marta recently after I had an injury. Marta is a great instructor who cares deeply about her students. She has a holistic approach that includes exercises, stretches while advising students on right nutrition and relaxation to develop strength. She understands your strengths and weaknesses and develops a individualized plan to meet your goals. I recently completed 10 sessions with Marta and I feel a lot stronger. I plan to continue my Pilates journey with her.
