We had our roof replaced 10 years ago by Northeast Builders Roofing. They weren’t the cheapest or most expensive, but scheduled it, showed up on time, did exceptional work and cleaned up everything.
I had climbed onto the roof last week to clean my chimney and noticed some slight cracking in one section that has rolled roofing.
I called yesterday to have them check it out. Dave came today, resealed all the cracks as part of preventive maintenance, and inspected the entire roof. Done in 1 hour he said it should be trouble free for another 5 years.
