“Ellen and Julia are the reason for the stars. Update: since Ellen’s departure it’s been quite difficult to get appointments that aren’t cancelled or rescheduled. Unfortunately, I have purchased several packages that now I’m regretting as there is always a cancellation due to the new aesthetician’s changing schedule. I’m going to see if they can be reimbursed.

Update: Mellisa is a wonderful aesthetician and thankfully I’ve had very few hiccups since I’ve been going to her for facials.“

“I can't believe I just found this place! I called Monday night and left a voicemail to see if they could fit me in for a pedi and brow wax today. When Alyssa (so sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) called back Tuesday they initially could not fit me in but put me on a cancellation list. To my surprise, she called me later that afternoon to tell me they could accommodate me due to a cancellation ... I was elated. The salon is small but I love the ambiance. Appointments are required. I would imagine it's hard to get last minute appointments Because of the salon size, so keep that in mind. The subtle glitter patient on the walls feels glamorous. It is clean. My first time experience this and I have to say I love it .... No jet tubs! They fill a large clean bowl with warm water and a delightful smelling mixture. Takes away a lot of the worry about sticking your feet in an unclean tub. You don't sit in a traditional salon massage chair rather a comfortable bench with throw pillows. The sugar scrub they use on your legs smells incredible and my legs are SO smooth hours later. I really loved Alyssa. Conversation was SO natural. My brows also look incredible and the waxing/tweezing was minimally painful compared to other experiences. This place is truly a hole in the wall gem. Snapped a few photos inside but definitely should check it out for yourself! I'm looking forward to my next visit. It doesn't feel like a factory loaded with people and I loved that!“

“I have never had a problem there. I always go to the owner and she is great. I know some other stylist rent a chair from her, but they are not employed by her. If you have a problem with the salon just call and let the owner know. Her name is Laurie and she will take great care of you.“

“If you are looking for someone to discuss and improve your skincare routine with look no further. A facial is wonderful but having an esthetician see your face regularly and discuss products that are working or not working is huge. The iS Clinical products are expensive but the results speak for themselves. Thanks Maria!“

“I brought my 96 year old neighbor to get a pedicure along with myself. They could not have been more accommodating by firstly opening the door so she could get in with her walker, helping her onto the chain which was very difficult for her, taking off and then putting her shoes back on when done. Ann who did her pedicure was patient and understanding. Took her time and was extremely gentle.

My pedicure with Amy was equally as wonderful.

The facility was bright and clean. Everyone was extremely helpful.

The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is I also had my upper lip waxed and the wax must have been too hot and burned my upper lip section in 2 spots.
I did not know this until I got into the car to drive home. I know she knew she it was extremely obvious, but choose not say anything.
I should not have been charged for it.
Over the next few days it scabbed over. It looked very unpleasant.

But my overall experience was positive and I would definitely go back.“

I was tweezing twice per day and when facial hair got the better of me, I made the call.At consultation I was educated about the process of electrolysis and soon learned that what I was taught about tweezing was all wrong. “I had another wonderful experience at Axxess Spa yesterday. My 60-minite facial was with Tara. Unlike facials at other facilities, those at Axxess provide a full 60 minutes of hands-on work, not just 45 minutes, with 15 minutes allotted for "consultation," which, to be honest, includes trying to sell you very expensive products. No pressure at all at Axxess. I've received wonderful facials from Tara & Cassidy. And....this morning a co-worker told me my skin looked wonderful. I told her I had a facial yesterday. She said "your skin always looks good after you get a facial!" Thank you, Axxess!“

“Great job. Massage was detailed and thorough. My toes were treated like guitar strings. Massaged up and down. Legs, arms and neck were taken care of with detail. The several times I went there there was a different provider. They are all in a league of their own. I'm going to make it a bi-monthly visit. It helps Me to keep going at work.“
