I have been going to Hands on Therapeutic Massage for several years. I didn’t believe massage would help me because everyone always talks about it like it’s a luxury. But my wife talked me into going to help with back and leg pain. Yes it is enjoyable, but Therapeutic massage is much more. It is really helpful and now with regular massages about once a month, I feel a lot better. This place is very convenient (right off the highway exit) and I really like the personal attention that Jamie provides. Amazing experience and results!!!
I came to Jamie with chronic neck and back pain. I tried physical therapy and they weren’t so helping I tried Hands-on “medical massage” and so glad I did!!!
My neck pain was a recent bad reaction to a bad chiropractor adjustment where I couldn’t even touch the sides of my neck- it hurt so badly. Jamie is extremely professional, caring and specifically focused on what i needed and adjusted our sessions based on how my body responded. I have been a client of Jaime’s for 3 years. I had sought her out based on her medical massage license due to neck and shoulder pain I had been experiencing from 30+ years of sitting behind a desk every day. She has done an amazing job in eliminating my pain, as well as improving my shoulder mobility. She will tailor each session based on your problem areas. You walk out feeling relaxed and renewed!
