We’ve used Viglione for annual maintenance at our house, maintenance with our office space, and an install of a ductless mini-split and every time they have been reliable, honest, and provided great service. Viglione replaced my entire heating and air conditioning system a few years ago. Their price was good, the work was done expertly and without incident, and I was happy. I have been signing an annual service contract and they do a good job of checking, diagnosing, and repairing issues. Expedience is not their strong suit though. It took several weeks to get a defect fixed that they detected in a routine check. I also discovered to my dismay that THEY IGNORE calls to their EMERGENCY line on weekends. As a senior citizen I can do without the anxiety that engendered.
