She’s super knowledgeable and didn’t just throw products at me — she actually explained why each step of the facial would help my skin, which was awesome because I’d never had someone walk me through it like that.

After just one session, my skin felt and looked way better, and I could actually see a difference. Jess is professional but also really easygoing, which made the whole thing relaxing and not intimidating at all. Highly recommend Jess if you’re looking to take your skin up a notch.“
