My car was stuttering when it shifted gears and I didn't want to pay the $200 diagnostic fee at the dealership. I took it to Jones because they had a much more reasonable fee and would then take it off the cost of repairs. Tim was my mechanic and he kept in constant communication with me as he diagnosed the car. He had it done on time and walked me through everything again when I arrived. He also gave me detailed printouts of the issues. I got honest answers and saved hundreds by not going to the dealership! There are only four people that work there and they are all great! I would highly recommend and will be taking my car here anytime I need work done!! Thank you for taking care of a working mom who knows next to nothing about cars!!
