“Recently I was at the Eye Center and dealt with the Christian Bossie, a licensed optician. I was in need of new frames because my previous glasses had broken in half by the nose bridge. I was desperate because that was my only pair of glasses which I needed to read and function . Christina spent several minutes trying to see if she could match my lenses with the existing frames she had in stock. She was very persistent and tried several frames to see if they would fit my old lenses. Eventually, after much searching for several minutes, and trying numerous lenses on many different frames she was successful . Her persistence and professionalism saved me several hundreds of dollars and more importantly spared me the anxiety of having to get a brand NEW pair of frames and waiting several weeks for the new pair of glasses to arrive. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am for her over the top service and a very appreciative customer. Clearly, Christina behavior and empathy demonstrates a real genuine concern about her clientele .
