I hired Serra & Associates a couple months ago after I went through 3 different accountants that drastically failed my business. The prior accountants had let things slide, become disorganized, mischarged us for services that weren't done and even left us in a position where we owed tons of money without realizing it due to poor communication.
I reached out to Serra & Associates as I had known the owner as a child, but didn't think of them off the bat since they aren't located close to my business, but I am SO glad I called them.
