“Thompson had come out to dig a leach field for a water softener a couple years ago and mentioned at the time they do fences. When we had a tree come down on our fence in a windstorm they were our first call. Insurance balked at their original quote and Dave personally came out to double check the measurements and contacted them to get them to cover the full extent of the damage. The entire team was courteous and professional. They went out of their way to maintain the landscaping when it would have probably been easier to cut things back. They were quick despite some less than accommodating terrain and the fence looks better than it did before. They even went around and tightened some brackets and straightened out some kinks in the fence line while they were here. “Pedro, the technician, was at my -new- house today. The ex-owners neglected to give us the info. for this particular yard service company. They actually left us a big box full of manuals and instructions, so the info. might be somewhere in there. God works in mysterious ways... I really needed an irrigation specialist to teach me how to use the system and, most importantly, to Winterize the system when the time comes. Pedro wrote my name and all contact info for me to become a new customer. He also walked me through the whole setup of the system and found one leaking pipe, which he immediately fixed. I have never owned a house with an irrigation system so I truly appreciate Pedro's professionalism and knowledge about the system, besides being a very friendly person who did not seemed rushed to get out of here to another job.
