Within this past year I have moved over an hour away from the Veterinarian office; yet I still continue to bring my dogs in for their annual visits and any other issues that occur. I have always found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their understanding of my cares and concerns.
Love this team! So grateful to have East Haddam and Pieper to help with all of our pet's needs. We couldn't be happier with the quality, kind, and comprehensive care offered to us. We are so appreciative of all they have done for us over the years. Thank you!
The East Haddam location is not my usual routine care location for my pet. When the Berlin Road location had no openings I was able to get right in here. It was further from home but the staff and vet were wonderful. They took care of my cat and made me feel reassured that she was going to be okay. I would make the longer journey again. I am greatful for the quick and professional care my cat received.
