I have trusted Michael's Carpenter Ant & Termite Services for more than 20 years. When we owned our home in West Hartford, an electrician pointed out that we had carpenter ants. Michael's took care of the problem; we clearly realized that we needed a reliable service for pest control and decided to establish an annual service contract with Michael's which includes regular preventative service visits/inspections thoughout the year. In addition, whenever unwanted "pesky visitors" appear, simply call Michael's and they will respond in a very timely manner to address the problem. Well. I opted for seasonal services and have use them even when they weren't scheduled. Some technicians are more thorough and knowledgeable than others. Brian the technician is GREAT!
