Igor and his father worked long hours, diligently and didn't even take lunch breaks. They are artists of construction. My screened in porch looks like it's always been part of the house. Igor gave me good suggestions for improvements and always kept me informed when they were on route.
They cleaned up after each day and respected my plants close to the construction site. The entire project was reasonably priced and the 3 upgrades were fully discussed so there were no surprises. I recommend Basement Finish Pros without hesitation. My only suggestion is that chane their name as they do so much more than Basements. Thank you Igor, Peter and Alex.
KEA Pest Control is a GREAT company. They are priced very reasonably and they are very friendly. I did not have to wait more than a couple days for an appointment and they followed up regularly to make sure I was happy with my service. I highly recommend this company!

ML Jackson did a great job removing a difficult tree brought partially down by a wind storm. They came out to remove it very quickly and a reasonable price and cleaned up the yard very well after. Thanks guys for a wonderful job!
I have trusted Michael's Carpenter Ant & Termite Services for more than 20 years. When we owned our home in West Hartford, an electrician pointed out that we had carpenter ants. Michael's took care of the problem; we clearly realized that we needed a reliable service for pest control and decided to establish an annual service contract with Michael's which includes regular preventative service visits/inspections thoughout the year. In addition, whenever unwanted "pesky visitors" appear, simply call Michael's and they will respond in a very timely manner to address the problem. For example, at one point while living in our house, a family of squirrels took up residence in the attic. Michael's set traps and after a few days, four squirrels were caught (still alive) and relocated to a natural habitat far from our home. Five years ago, we downsized to a condo in Bloomfield. The HOA includes exterior pest applications. For the interior of the condo (which is built on a concrete slab), I continue to maintain my annual pest control contract with Michael's. They provide me with regular, preventative service. The service technicians along with the office staff, are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. From my point of view, the fact that Michael's is a local business, just a few miles down the road in East Granby, is truly an added positive bonus. Michael's gives me peace of mind -- I so appreciate this service!
I have lived in the area for 3 years and drive by this nail salon all the time, but with COVID I had never made it in until today. I called and was able to get an appointment within an hour. Star Nail is a lovely little place. Clean and pleasant decor, a good selection of polish brands and colors, and reasonable prices. The soft and comfy massage chair for the pedicure was wonderful. There were two nail techs working and a steady flow of customers and phone calls for appointments during the time I was there on a random Tuesday afternoon. I am happy with my experience, the nail tech did a great job! They earned a new cusomter today :) Since Star Nail is only 5 min from my home, I will definitley be back for another pedicure, and next time maybe a gel manicure too!Services: Pedicures
Drew did a fantastic electrical job in our home. His price was more than fair, and his work ethic is above and beyond. Not only was he professional, but he's very personable also. I would not hesitate to hire him for your electrical needs. Drew will be our electrician from now on.
Wish i could give Brighton Ridge Construction more than 5 stars. I needed a deck rebuilt and has so much trouble finding someone reliable. I then came across Brighton Ridge and spoke with Jim. He had me quoted within a day. Was able to start work the work next week. Not only did they do a great job, they are honest, affordable and reliable. Will definitely be using them for any projects in the future!!

We had a leak that was partially flooding our basement, we didn't notice until labor day when everyone was closed. We called the company and Thomas Nigro called us back within 20 minutes on a HOLIDAY.
He had a technician out the next day to fit with our busy schedule, and they found the cause of the leak right away. They also let us know that our tank was from 1989 (20 years past due!!)
They had a price for us right away, and had a tank ready in the truck.
