I would like to compliment Dan Dolan from EcoSmart Home Services as well as his co-workers, Cameron and Torado, for an excellent home energy visit to my home today. They were respectful, quiet and very efficient with the scope of their assessment as well as completing some energy solutions/remedies in my home. It was worth every penny of the $75 fee.

Ava from pop art was amazing!! She did face painting and balloon twisting. The kids were engaged with her the entire time, which was awesome because when the kids get bored the start acting wild. It was the calmest bday party I’ve ever had! Haha. Everyone left with the coolest artwork on their faces and arms and with their own balloon creations. We’ll be using pop art again next year!
Large parking lot and buildings are numbered and lettered!! Good separation between bldgs... However?? Not Easy too see where too actually enter in the Drive way or?? Parking lot as too where The place is I go too...( MultiCare!!) Been there 2 or 3 times. Each time missed the left turn too enter close too the building I need too go too!! There is a street QUICK LEFT that a car can drive through and right across too facility!!! The biggest down fall??? Too far to TRAVEL!! When it use to take APPROXIMATELY 15 minutes?? It's now 40 minutes hoping there isn't road work or just no delays... Very worried about the Winter travel or even heavy Rains!! I have very bad chronic pain ( GRATEFUL I still can drive) but I couldn't afford a Uber or I cannot use a bus!!!Due too limited walking and prices of gas even without the increase is not very easy too handle! But I've been with Dr Steven S many years so I will follow him until I cannot any more!!! It'd be much BETTER if they were closer towards where they were!!! thanks for reading my concerns!! My third time using the Berlin location. Once again in a hurry to get on up the road and once again they got me in and took care of me. Everyone was wonderful and Mat took great care of me, and thanks to him, I have no more concern when it comes to hot potatoes:)RickClinton Trucking
Process as a whole was good. Installation was seamless and communication was good. Timing was difficult with a few setbacks. Overall, a good company to work with.
