There was a different team (Justin / Michael) that installed the skylights and another team that replaced the roof. They were very professional and with any challenge they encountered - like when they ended up having to put new plywood on a part of my roof and my sunroom became covered in old debris! they came back and cleaned up - very apologetically. I know I have spent quite a bit with the company but I also feel that their pricing was competitive and the work that they did was more than what they thought they were getting into - AND they did not come back for more for every single thing. If I need any other home improvements I will definitely be calling them.“

“Hired AWS for window replacement. Out of the three companies we considered, they were the most professional. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but the only company to provide an in-home demo of the actual windows we were purchasing. With such a big home improvement project, you want to feel confident that you made the right choice. Shortly after signing the paperwork, they sent someone out to measure. Then we waited quite a while for the job to be scheduled. Unfortunately, installation occurred during a weeklong heat wave. Yet the guys rarely complained, and spent four full days installing our windows. If I have any complaints, it's about their after sale customer service. The day our installation wrapped up, I noticed a slash in one of the screens, and was assured they'd order a replacement and have it sent to us. Three months later we still had no screen, so my husband and I started calling. Every call was treated as a brand new sales call and no one seemed to know anything about our replacement screen. Finally, someone came out and made us a new screen onsite. However, he re-screened it too tightly, and the frame warped. More phone calls and more confusion on their part made us feel like we were in the twilight zone. Ultimately, we took the frame to their office and they fixed it there, which was an additional inconvenience. Other than these few snafus, we're happy with the work.“
