“We had a waterline burst in an upstairs bathroom that left significant damage to not only the upper level of our home, but the kitchen and family room on the main level, then down to our finished basement. Our insurance company suggested we contact Total Water Restoration to put our home back together. I am so glad they did. I contacted Total Water and received a call back from Anthony within minutes. An appointment was set up for few days later with Joey DiNoia and Frank. They assessed the situation and immediately put together a game plan and timeline for the project. Once work began, Joey had many constructive suggestions on how to improve our home upon rebuild. He even supplied engineered and conceptual drawings for our kitchen so we knew exactly what we were getting. Frank was onsite from start to finish and did a tremendous job! Not only was his work exceptional , but he and Joey did a great job from a communication standpoint, keeping us updated throughout the project.

“Recently I was in need of a plumber. Cameron plumbing was recommended by a friend. I called on a Friday morning and was surprised that an actual person answered the phone. I explained the issue of leaky shower faucets and the water tank cycling every few seconds. Daryl listened and expresses her concern for the well. She suggested an evaluation be done. Derrick arrived on Monday morning and spent time evaluating and explaining what would be needed. By Monday evening he sent a very detailed estimate. We accepted the estimate and an appointment was made for the following Tuesday. Chris, Ryan and Derrick arrived promptly on Tuesday morning. They were courteous , professional and knowledgeable. “I cant say enough good about sheehy plumbing....I had a serious problem with my toilet where the bolts were snapped off that hold the toilet to the floor and the whole toilet moved....called and within hours Larry was out after he did a service call he was on ....he did the job in less then an hour... the big thing I can say about Sheehy plumbing that puts them ON TOP of the rest of ALL the plumbers in CT ....IS....they answer their phone when you call and you don't get an answering machine or just a no call.....and they return calls....when you call after hours..and have to use an answering machine...they even have an emergency number and Mike the owner picks up right away....I've called other plumbers and NONE answered me back...even when I called the plumber that originally put my toilet in.....he said he was to busy....nice huh...won't be doing business with that MIDDLEFIELD plumber again OH...and the price was very reasonable....no complaints....Larry is the service guy...ask for him....hes been in the business for years and knowledgeable ......Mike is the owner and very respectable guy.....Thank you Sheehy Plumbing“

“Zeke’s Pump Service is outstanding and an exceptional company. Look no further! Our water pump motor stopped working on the weekend. I had called another company, not knowing about Zeke’s yet. That company came out the next morning and proceeded to present us with an outrageous estimate to convert our system and told us that we would be without water for two more days. They also charged us for the emergency call and the evaluation. The next evening, two of my friends told me that they had worked with Zeke’s Pump Service, and they were extremely happy. So, I called the emergency number late on a Sunday evening. Not only did they answer, but it was the owner Craig who took my call. I explained what happened and what the previous company quoted. He then came back and put a mixer on the furnace so that the water would not be so hot coming from the boiler. His work was absolutely wonderful! He did such a great job!!
