Neil’s roofing service came highly recommended (Two of my neighbors used him), and his crew did not disappoint. Not only was he recommended , but he came in as the lowest quote amongst 3 that we got. They reroofed /shingled our house in 1.5 days. Super efficient, hard working and meticulous. We're so pleased with the work Pools by Murphy did for us, restoring our ancient gunnite pool to her original (but better!) pristine condition! Rich Rosa was great to work with and to spend time with, too. Everything was clearly explained, and the job was completed in a timely fashion. The budget was adhered to, as well. Everyone in the front office was great (special shout out to Kelly and Kristin for their patience with my endless questions!), as was the gentleman they hired to prepare the pool for plastering, Tom DiCiaccio of Wethersfield Sandblasting.

I had a very good first appt with Dr Van Siclen. She met me the first time to do a medical history. The second time was for a physical exam. She was very thorough and made referrals for 2 problems no inter doctor felt was necessary.

My pups have been patients at this practice for over 12 years. I do agree with some comments regarding pricing, however, they have always worked well with me to get appointments and in an emergency have been truly responsive. Dr Kumar has put down 3 of my pups when they no longer had a good quality of life and the experience was nothing but wonderful. Calm, caring, spent time with us and then let us sit with Kayla, Pookie and Yodi as long as we wished. I find the level of expertise on the surgical side is also incredible. A new vet was recently hired who I find to be very Simpatico. For those who don't know Spanish, it does not mean sympathetic. It is a term that has no direct translation into English but basically a nice, warm and caring attitude. My Amstaph is on an NSAID that can cause liver issues do I have to do frequent bloodwork which is great because her levels increased and we had to reduce the dosage so as not to cause severe liver damage. I find the front desk staff lovely. The office manager has been at the practice for two decades and has always been very kind and professional in my dealings.
