“So I have had pink eye for about 3 weeks and went to 4 places before coming here. All 4 places, ER, including didn’t prescribe me the correct medication. Come to find out this past Monday when I finished the other medication so I thought I was finally over pink eye, none of the medications worked. Thankfully, I called today as a new patient and they were able to see me very quickly and Dr. Tichy was amazing. All of the staffs’ manners were amazing. Please learn from my mistake and go here instead of everywhere else first.“

“Arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was directed to a waiting area. A few minutes I was directed to a room where preliminary tests were performed. A few minutes later the optician began her tests and diagnosis to enable her to diagnose what glasses and lens strengths were appropriate for my vision. The entire appointment took about an hour and I left the office knowing a new pair of glasses would be available in approximately 10 days. Extremely satisfied.“

I have an insane prescription so I’m unfortunately able to tell when a lens is finished well or not.Docking a star just because the optician takes a lunch break from 1 to 2:30. That seems like an especially long window in the day when you can’t get service.“
