Simply orthodontics in dayville have gone above and beyond for my son! We had a very terrible experience at another dentist from mass, and when we were referred here kaitlyn and the entire office went above and beyond to not only help my son feel comfortable and welcomed but also did not hurt us feelings or make him sad for the teeth issues he has. Now when I tell him he has a appointment he asks if it’s at kaitlyns office and is ready to go without a single fuss! Each time he’s been every single person there from the front desk to the back area where they do the dental work, they all say hi and ask how he’s doing and just make him feel so special and acknowledged! Most definitely recommend this office above any other in the area! Especially if your kiddo had a not so great experience at a different practice! My son leaves with a smile on his face and speaks ever so highly of everyone there! ♥️ 12/10 recommend!
