Called them and asked if they could replace my phone battery, they said yes, and I had to come in to fill out paperwork and put down a deposit. When I got there, they told me they wouldn't repair it for me, and asked me if I wanted to buy a new phone. Wasted my time trying to bait and switch.

A few years ago I brought in a phone for warranty repair/replacement lady claimed it had water damage and that strip that showed water was "triped" other employee didn't see it we didn't see it... but they still would not cover it.... just trying to get us to buy new phone... vowed I would never go back... if company sees this let it be a warning if you or your employees try to scam us into buying a phone instead of covering your warranty we will tell everyone we know and it follows you for years... you will lose more business than that one sale will make you... so be honest and just fix the phones you sell.

I have been a Verizon customer for many years and I know if I need something I can always go to my local repair zone in Dayville. Employees there are super helpful, always professional and always willing to go the extra mile and put the customers needs first.Way to go Repair Zone. I am one happy Customer!
