With the passing of our father, we knew we were going to sell the house and through a friend contacted Jared Meehan. Jared met with my sister and I early in the process and provided us with very helpful information and guidance on how we should proceed preparing the house. No pressure to list, we set a reasonable goal and in March of 2024 when we were ready to go we listed the house with Jared at RE/MAX. Jared handled the listing, took some awesome pictures, presented the house exceptionally, and in the end we had multiple offers and are in the closing stages. Brendan helped my husband and I purchase a house last month, and I cannot say enough great things about him. We fell in love with a house that was already pending, and when that fell out of escrow, he immediately jumped on it and got us into see it in 48 hours!It's ours now, and Brendan was a big help in getting it. There were some scary decisions to make. Brendan offered his thoughts, but never tried to sway us to his way of thinking or pressured us for a quick answer.He has a relaxed, honest nature and never made me feel like I was working with a sleezy sales guy. He kept me calm when I was nervous, and answered my unending questions at all hours of the day. I never plan on moving again, but I will refer him to anyone who is!
