Made an appointment for Saturday morning for a rep to stop by for an estimate. Cancelled plans and set aside the whole morning. Well, I spent the morning waiting. No show. No call. And they don't answer the phone. I understand that things can come up. With today''s technology there is no excuse for not making a call or shooting a quick text to let someone know you can't make it. If I can't rely on a company to keep an estimate appointment, I certainly can't rely on them to show up to do the work. I get one day off a week and I just wasted half of mine. Very unreliable. Find a more reliable company to do the work.
