This is a great service. I had all of my documents ready, so ehen I got they, the tax return was finished in about 15 minutes.

SimplifyCT is a FREE tax preparation service for low income CT residents, senior citizens, veterans, the disabled, and non-English speakers. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit using the IRS virtual VITA program. We created a secure online service, available 24/7, by teaming up with Code for America’s Get Your Refund as the Lead Coalition Partner in Connecticut. We are staffed by volunteer IRS certified tax preparers who can file your taxes – for free – and help you get the Federal and state benefits that you need.
