Kaia Yoga and Meditation Darien

I've tried classes at the Darien, Greenwich, Old Greenwich, and New Canaan locations. Kaia is great because you can attend classes at any of the locations with any of the instructors. The Darien location is very central - in downtown - and there is plenty of parking. The instructors are very well trained and passionate about yoga. I also love all the different class types. I always walk out of class feeling great! Highly recommend joining!!

My first experience at Kaia Yoga was truly a positive one. I had reserved the class through ClassPass, but unexpectedly received an email saying my class was canceled. I decided to still show up, hoping there might be space available. Although the class was completely full and ClassPass wasn’t able to offer me another reservation at that location, the owner was incredibly kind and allowed me to join anyway. The instructor was excellent, and the overall experience felt welcoming and uplifting. I’m looking forward to continuing for another month and taking advantage of the introductory reduced pricing.

I took the Meditation Teacher Training online in August and it was such a great experience, the teachers Susan and Lexy were so knowledgeable! We did several sitting meditations and on the last day were able to meditate for a full hour which I never thought possible, thank you so much for this amazing offering!
