I have gone back a cpl times trying to give it a chance because I liked the old owners but I go and spend 100$ on pedicure and it was mediocre at best she rushed just like a regular 35$ pedicure and when I received the 20 minutes massage the man was talking through the whole thing. when I asked for more gentle pressure he used his elbow. he wasn't interested in what I was saying but what he and his friend were saying that's it not going back again tired of mediocre service for top dollar!

First time I went to this salon it was great, the technician was really friendly and did a great job. I went last Friday for a pedicure and dip powder manicure and had a terrible experience. My pedicure was about 12 minutes long and the technician rushed me the entire time. Didn't cut my cuticles or use the stone buffer on my feet. All she cared about was if I had decided what color I wanted my dip powder manicure. She was super rude. I have really thin nails right now because I always have gel on them and I sometimes peel the polish off on my own. I nicely asked her if she could remove my existing gel with nail polish remover instead of the drill tool they use because... read full review

Spa Grace is my favorite nail salon ever! The owner- Esther- sets the tone for the personable experience that sets this salon apart from others. Each time I come, I have received five star treatment. My nails are impeccably manicured (j choose the powder gel manicure) and the massages are the best. All of the employees work together like a family. The first time I came, it was because I was attending my mothers funeral. Esther felt so much for me that she walked me out to my car afterwards, and she continues to ask how I am doing each time she sees me. She also gives out little token gifts during certain times of the year (ie, Christmas) and decorates the salon so beautifully.... read full review
