A. Procaccini & Sons Septic and Drain Cleaning

Procaccini performed a septic inspection for the sale of a house in Darien. He spent three (!!!) hours inspecting all elements of the system and certified that it was working well and should continue to work well. He was incredibly diligent and thorough. Highly recommended.

Jack inspected the septic of a house I am buying. I asked for thoroughness and honesty. And that’s exactly what he gave me. He worked very, very hard inspecting the tank, dry well and leech lines. While the system was functioning, it was ‘limping’ with only 10% function—if that!—remaining. He carefully showed me everything and explained in terms I understood. He even discovered a ‘fix’ that had been done to help it limp along that had not been permitted.I have contracted with A Procaccini & Sons to replace system when the house is mine.
