They DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS- just money - If you decide to not take their advice and go get a second opinion that doesn’t match what they want they call police on you to make you comply - EVIL QUACKS

Awful customer service, girlfriend had Covid and tried to schedule an appointment with Her doctor at this facility as she is really ill, the secretary told us she couldn’t see or even virtual call for over a week. When asked what other alternatives we had, she said “not much”. They just don’t care about seeing their patients. Do not recommend this group to anybody in the Danielson area. Awful awful experience. If you love your family members don’t let them use this medical group.

Dr. Shafts provided me with the worst experience I've ever had with a provider before. I came do to uncontrollable vomiting and was told that it was post nasal drip and was provided with some nose spray and sent on my way. Turns out I had a massive hiatal hernia that required extensive surgery to repair. The only decent provider I had here was NP Marden and she moved on to greener pastures. If you're looking for a cheap provider this is your place, if you're looking for a competent provider look elsewhere.
