The staff there was very kind to me. No hate whatsoever this is just an honest review. I've gotten my nails done here before a few times last year. I recently got them done with acrylics not long ago because the salon I normally go to was closed and this place is the only other nail salon that I am familiar with and was open at the moment. I had two people do my nails, the first person to do my nails was a man who glued the fake nails on. Respectfully, it didn't seem like he knew what to do or probably didn't have as much experience. I'm not really sure, I also have really small nails so he probably just didn't know how to apply the fake nails on. Anyways, once he glued the fake nails on he put the nail glue under my real nails and got nail glue over my fingers. Some of the fake nails didn't properly fit compared to my actual nail size because the fake ones were smaller. And when he went to cut them into the sizing I wanted they weren't the same length on both hands. Because of that I politely asked if he could cut some of the nails shorter so that they could be equal. Then later on, a kind lady took over and did my nails for me. Yesterday one of the nails easily broke off, and I removed all of the acrylics on my own to end up seeing that my nails on both hands are green. I've never had any issues before or any of the sort with any acrylic nails i've ever had on me done and found out that the green on my nails is fungus. Due to improper sizing and application I had moisture trapped under my nails causing this fungus to happen.

I chose this salon to do my bridesmaids and I’s nails for my wedding coming up, because I’ve always had a great experience. I will never go to another salon. The staff is always so sweet and I am so impressed by how my nail tech paid such intense attention to detail to make sure all my nails were even. My bridesmaids absolutely loved their nails as well. Everyone here does such a great job. I live 30 minutes away from Danbury but I will gladly make the trip to this salon because I know I won’t be disappointed. Thank you all for a great day ♥️

I had a fantastic experience at Stylish Lisa. They accommodated me with a same-day appointment on a busy weekend day, during peak business hours. The salon was packed when they got me in, and it's clear why. Their work is flawless, and their prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality and efficiency of their work. Amy did a flawless job with waxing, then my nails (gel). I've never seen them look so beautiful. She's a true artist with both waxing and manicures. I will be going back to her.
