We had an unexpected increase in ticks in July and Ryan responded and apologized for delay to my text and showed up as soon as possible. He provided whatever extra spraying was needed to eliminate the ticks for which we are very grateful. As always he is very professional and keeps us informed on their arrival.Absolutely, very pleased with Bob and his staff. We have been longtime customers!! Always 5star service!!!
Outstanding service. Prompt and helpful - really explained all the steps in what they would be doing to deal with my mouse problem and the various options depending on what they found in the first weeks.
We had yellow jackets make a nest in the attic and a small hole allowed them into one of the bedrooms. I left a message for Scribner Pest and Wildlife Control at 7:30am. I received a callback at 8:30am and Michael was at the house at 3:10pm the same day to remove the bees and their nasty nest in the attic. Very thorough and customer service oriented and $125 less than the national exterminator!
