I was so happy that the technician, Barry, repaired the flex vent that was pulled out and was forcing heat into the garage instead of the family room up above. Marie, the service coordinator, was so helpful in getting me the help I needed as quickly as she possibly could. It turned out that she found a spot within a few days, which was amazing!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing any heating or cooling or vent help.Service: HVAC repair
11-12-21. E. Kelemen My experience with Preferred Air Systems was quite good. Usually we don't give a shout-out for jobs done well because we expect all jobs to be done well. A shout out for a job done well goes to Preferred Air Systems and their Technician, Sabit Bauta. On a very cold Friday night, Sabit worked diligently and with good humor to restore heat to my condo.
We’ve had Preferred Air Systems out to our home on several occasions, most recent to repair our Phase III Water Heater. With a busy household going without hot water for an hour can be brutal. We were quite pleased with the timely response. The service teams are always knowledgeable, polite and do a great job. I would definitely recommend them.
