I've always had excellent service with Plimpton and Hills Danbury location! Haha an Emergency on Christmas Eve and Ermir came through and got me the furnace I needed to give our customer heat for Christmas! THANKS!

I went in looking for a part with almost no information. I'm not a plumber and had to describe in words what I needed. They were very nice to me and helped as much as they could. Excellent customer service to a non professional.
