I was satisfied with the service. They initially came when no one was home which my husband was not happy with. He always wants to make sure we are getting what we payed for. I called and expressed our concerns and they came out and did a follow up service with no additional cost. They were very accommodating. The guys that came out was very pleasant and assuring.
