We started going here in 2020, and initially had a good experience with both our dogs. This year has been a disaster though. When I brought in my dogs for their vaccinations, they completely missed the date of one of my dogs rabies vaccination and he ended up being unvaccinated for months. When I called them about this, the person who answered the phone didn't apologize and was very flippant about it. I had to advocate for an apology, and it was only at that point that they offered to comp the cost of the appointment. I was recommended Mill Plain Vet from a friend after I was unhappy at a previous vet office. They are wonderful. Between well visits, repairing my dogs ACL and helping him transition when he got cancer they were always there. I am grateful to all of the Dr's and staff who cared for him. Lovely people.
I brought my elderly dog here 2 months ago. Asked them to do everything needed as it is difficult to transport him. Well 2 months later I want to board him and the boarding center says he's missing a shot and is way over due for fecal. The vet should inform me of this, not the kennel. Anyway I call to make appt. they tell me no appt for shots just call and someone will come outside. Sounds easy right?? It's been an hour, I'm still in parking lot waiting
