I have installed 5 of Kingswood's kitchens over the last decade. 3 have been designed primarily by me and 2 by their staff designers dealing directly with my clients. They have a top notch product. Their measurements were spot on in each of the kitchens. We did have some damaged items from transit once and the replacements were there before I finished assembling the kitchen. They kept me on schedule, they kept the budget right where it needed to be AND their customer service response was great. I recommend them whenever I get the chance to influence Cabinet selections. Hello I went to Kingswood’s showroom last Wednesday with a 40 year old cabinet pull. I need to replace them. The Ladies in the office were very welcoming and helpful. They went on the internet and found my pulls I went home and ordered them. I need 45 pulls and the hardware company had 4. They did confirm my order and they should ship by the 23 of January. I cannot say enough about the friendly and helpful and willingness to help me by the staff. Thank you. Donna Tuck
