Really nice massage by Jheung- I hope that’s how you spell it, I felt like they were trying to add more time but I kept saying no, I didn’t get upcharged and tipped accordingly. He did such a good job, and I was very relaxed.

Coco is the absolute best!!But the owner is really grouchy. She has to stop speaking Chinese during the massage, she doesn’t understand that massages call for quiet and relaxation.

I doubt I'll patronize Jenny's Spa at the Danbury Fair Mall again. When I went in a woman asked me how long of a massage I wanted, and I replied "I don't know, twenty minutes? Thirty minutes?" They never asked me to clarify, a man just massaged me for 30 minutes. OK, I didn't make it clear but the professional thing to do would have been to ask me. But not a big deal. The masseuse was friendly enough. When I went to pay I asked the woman to put a $5 tip on my credit card (between 15% and 20 %). She and the masseuse seemed grumpy and talked to each other in a language I didn't understand. Then she said, "$10 tip?" I said "No, a $5 tip". More talking in another language. Then I pointed out that they'd only charged me for a 20 minute massage, not a 30 minute one. The cashier put another charge onto my card, but they were still acting unfriendly, almost hostile to me. I twice smiled at the masseuse but he refused to smile back, as if to make sure I knew he was angry I didn't agree to give him the $10 tip they requested. I felt they were incredibly childish and rude and I certainly don't feel like going back!
