Absolutely the best. After confirming the location of my septic tank the septic company said the cover wasn’t viewable. Electric Snake returned within 2 hours of my call and found the end of the tank with the cover and dug it out. They went above and beyond. I definitely recommend them.

I have used the twice for when someone flushes paper towels or wipes and it ends up blocking the pipe where it enters the septic. Excellent fast service. Very happy with their work.Services: Sewer cleaning

Jim drove 30-45 minutes to take a look at our washing machine standpipe, which we just discovered was spewing suds down the wall and onto our brand new floor. Jim suggested right away that my standpipe should be extended another foot or so in height. He politely discouraged us from having him snake the drain, since he didn't feel that would solve the problem. We trusted Jim's recommendation, and when we asked what we owed him for his time, he said there was no charge. Guess what? I extended the standpipe just like Jim suggested, and the problem is solved! It's very rare these days that you can find such a perfect combination of responsiveness, honesty, integrity, decency, and knowledge of craft. And on top of all that, Jim was truly a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Jim and Electric Snake. He will treat you with honesty, fairness, and respect.
