After receiving 5 estimates, Lecla was by far the clearest about what they'd recommend doing and why, what would be in/out of scope and then worked with me to make the project fall within my budget. Eric was great - from the first site survey through the proposal process through project delivery, we kept in touch to make sure things were handled on time and it was a very smooth process. The work done was very high quality - it's apparent that the Lecla team are true roofing experts. Their referred subcontractors for masonry and electrical work were also excellent - communicative, easy to work with, and FAST! While I think I'll be getting 20-30 years out of this roof and hope not to need them again soon, if I find myself needing roofing needs before then, I'm absolutely planning on re-engaging Lecla ?would highly recommend!“

“Left msg one hour before closing on Friday; called me back after closing and put me on list for Saturday (great that they have Saturday hours so didn’t have to wait until Monday and not paying extra). Rick was great! Quick, efficient and got my kitchen sink unclogged. Arc-O-Rooter came highly recommended by our regular plumber who was unable to get to clog (way down in pipe so needed to be snaked). Very reasonable price as well. Highly recommend“

“I had this company come and seal some air leaks in my house a few years ago. I wasn't too happy with how the caulk was applied in some places. I emailed them some pictures of the areas that I wasn't happy with and they promptly sent a supervisor, Mike, out to assess the situation. He agreed the work wasn't up to their standard and he came back early the next day and spent the entire day fixing all the issues free of charge until I was satisfied. They probably ended up losing a lot of money on my job but I respect them for being an honest business that stands behind their work.“
