“I saw Dr. Applebee for the entirety of my pregnancy. I suffered from SPD and back pain with my first pregnancy that severely limited what I could do. Ultimately that pregnancy ended in a c-section. For my second pregnancy I knew I wanted a VBAC. During my first pregnancy I had seen other chiropractors that did not understand my pelvic pain and literally could not adjust me because I was pregnant. For my second pregnancy, I wanted to find a chiropractor that could treat my SPD and back pain and make sure my body was in alignment for birth. Dr. Applebee did all that and more. At my initial visit I was very skeptical when he said that he would resolve my SPD/pelvic pain. It took a few sessions for me to get there but after that I felt great. He also recommends postural changes and keeps you accountable by reminding you each session. Even up until the day of my baby's birth (10 days late!) I was remarking how comfortable and mobile I was and I attribute a lot of that to Dr. Applebee's support. I highly recommend Dr. Applebee especially if you are pregnant.“
